Deepwater Step by Step (4 of 42)

These are "river rocks". You can buy them in 50 pound bags at Lowes and Home Depot.  This is about 3 pounds worth and I just went to my driveway and collected a bunch.  I sorted them by size and then hot glued them to the styrofoam a row at a time.  You do have to turn them to make them fit, kind of like a jig saw puzzle. You do want the big ones at the bottom, and smaller ones for each row up.
