Deepwater Step by Step (3 of 42)

This is a planning photo.  The concept is to use styrofoam from the water line up to the 3/4' plywood line and glue rocks to the foam. The last 3/4" will be a hydrocal casting of concrete blocks.  I was out of black paint so I sprayed it dark red. Big mistake! Should have had black paint. Been paying for that expedient decision since I completed the module, as the red shows through and I keep repainting black with all kinds of brushes.
