The New River Mine (2 of 15)

Staging on the lower level is completed and the main line and horizontal risers are in for the coal mine site.  In this photo, the main has a 0.75% grade up.  I changed this so that the Main was level and you have to go down a 0.75% grade to get to the coal mine.  You can see the benfit of this decision in later photos.  That is a six track staging yard inside a reverse loop, so the trains are automatically staged for the next Operating session.
